Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Materials Scientist to lead the development and characterization of advanced nanomaterials for our molecular separation and thermal management technologies. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, synthesize, and optimize novel materials that enhance the performance of our sustainable energy systems.

- Design and synthesize graphene-based materials for enhanced thermal conductivity
- Characterize material properties using advanced analytical techniques
- Optimize material formulations for specific applications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate materials into system designs
- Stay current with emerging trends in nanomaterials research
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to intellectual property development
Requirements
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in nanomaterials research and development
- Strong expertise in graphene and carbon-based nanomaterials
- Experience with material characterization techniques (SEM, TEM, XRD, etc.)
- Track record of successful materials development for industrial applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with membrane materials for gas separation
- Knowledge of thermal management materials
- Publications in high-impact scientific journals
- Experience with scale-up of nanomaterial production
- Familiarity with intellectual property development
- Experience in an industrial R&D environment
