Job Description
We are looking for an Aerospace Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of our sustainable methalox propellants in the aerospace industry. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to build relationships with key aerospace customers, identify new business opportunities, and position our company as the preferred supplier of sustainable propellants for next-generation launch vehicles and spacecraft.

- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the space industry
- Create compelling value propositions for our sustainable propellant solutions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with aerospace customers
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in aerospace business development or related field
- Strong understanding of the aerospace industry and space launch market
- Proven track record of successful business development in technical industries
- Experience with complex contract negotiations and relationship management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background in aerospace engineering or propulsion systems
- Experience with cryogenic propellants or related technologies
- Established network in the commercial space industry
- Knowledge of sustainability trends in aerospace
- Experience with government contracting in the aerospace sector
